Breede River Rafting Trail –
The Breede River rafting trail Overnighter is a one day and one night adventure.
What to expect on the Breede River Rafting Trail Overnighter
The Breede River rafting trail Overnighter includes
Accommodation, all river equipment, guide(s), one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner.
Where it entails
A typical trip starts by meeting your guide(s) at the meeting point at 9AM, followed by us being transported to the ‘put-in’ point where all our rafting equipment awaits you. Here your guide will give you a safety briefing.
The rest of the day is spent on the river, paddling, floating, swimming and relaxing.
At lunch time your guides will prepare your lunch on the riverbank.
At the end of the day we will end up at our meeting point again, where you can settle in to your accommodation while your guide(s) prepare a delicious dinner over an open fire. Feel free to sit around the fire and swap stories while the sun sets.
The next morning a full breakfast will be served. Being well rested and well fed, it will be time to start heading home again.
You may choose between two options:
“Paddle and Sleep”, as described above, or
“Sleep and Paddle”.
We have 4 options
For smaller groups, minimum four to maximum eight participants, we can offer up-market double rooms, with en suite bathrooms, located on the banks of the river, complete with swimming pool.
For larger groups, minimum 14 participants, we can offer accommodation in basic chalets, sharing the room and bathroom with approximately 6 to 8 people.
For groups who do not mind ‘roughing it a bit’, we can offer dormitory style accommodation.
Then finally, if you like sleeping in your own tent or borrow one of ours and would like an even more basic, overnight river experience, we can offer a camping option.
We will sort out the details for you.
